Computer Programs in GAP and MAGMA
(Partially supported by the NSF)
- Locally free class groups
Programs are written in MAGMA and developed in collaboration with
Werner
Bley, University of Kassel. Instructions on how to use the
programs can be found in the file "ReadMe.m".
- Alperin's and Dade's conjecture
Program is written in GAP4 and tests various forms of Alperin's
and Dade's conjecture in the alternating sum version, including
Galois action and the p'-residue. See beginning of file for
explanations.
AltSum.g4
- Unit group of the Burnside ring
Program is written in GAP3 and developed in collaboration with
Götz Pfeiffer, University of Galway. It computes the unit group of the
Burnside ring of a finite group. See beginning of file for
explanations.
